We do swimming pools one at a time. We build one and finish it and then build another. We don’t start seven or eight and then leave a mess in our back yard. When we dig a hole we stay until we’re finished.
We don’t use sub contractors. We do everything ourselves from start to finish. This is how we control quality and the amount of time we spend at your place.
We don’t hire temporary summer help. Our staff are trained professionals. Building inground swimming pools is their career. Our foreman has been with the company for 13 years. On average our employees have been with the company for 10 years.

R.L.'s Swimming Pools was certified by the National Spa and Pool Institute. And, has NSPI Tech I and Tech II certified repair personnel. R.L. served as the president of the NSPI for Southwest Missouri and was elected to that position by his peers.
